CONSULTATION PREP
Agent services will complete the following:

Prepare your Buyer Presentation

Create the Opportunity in Command

Prepare Buyer Agency Documents & obtain signatures

Place Buyer on 1 SmartPlan of choice (if applicable)

Ensure the Opportunity is in "Approved" status for Agency Documents

OFFER COORDINATION
Agent Services will complete the following:

Prepare Offer documents (including MLS Disclosures) and send for signatures.​

Send buyer signed offer packet to listing agent.

Please note that after hours will incur an after hours fee of $25 per offer written. Weekdays after 5pm & Weekends.

CONTRACT TO CLOSE
Agent Services takes over the transaction from the time of an executed contract to closing. We will be the first point of contact and your liaison on the buyer side of the transaction, and additionally the following is included:

Coordinate & Order Inspections

Schedule Closing

Ensure Compliance & Commission is completed in Command

Writing the Due Diligence Repair Request

Obtain signatures on all paperwork throughout the transaction
