If you have a property under contract, please make sure you have submitted it for review AND created and submitted the commission tab. Commission tabs are to be submitted when the property goes under contract, not when the commission check is turned into the office. This helps us tremendously with projecting our income and expenses so we as an office can provide you with what you need.
